Mukmuk the Marmot Sidekick is Now Available!

Mascots celebrate birthdays too. Olympic and Paralympic Games mascots, Miga, Quatchi and Sumi are celebrating their first birthday with cake and colouring. They even invited a special guest to come out and play. That’s right — Mukmuk, the marmot sidekick, has arrived!
Mukmuk merchandise is now available at Hbc stores, the Vancouver Airport (YVR) Olympic Stores and the Olympic Store on vancouver2010.com. When this happy Vancouver Island marmot isn’t hibernating or sunbathing on rocks and logs, he enjoys getting out and meeting other marmots, animals and children. Mukmuk is also the ultimate sports fan. In fact, he became friends with the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic mascots by cheering for them and his other favourite athletes.
Bring Mukmuk home to play or join the party. Birthday celebrations are Saturday, November 29 at Hbc stores throughout British Columbia’s Lower Mainland with mascot appearances.
