The Homestay Team welcomes your Host application or expression of interest in the Homestay Program. So that your application can be processed without delay, please complete all sections of the Host Application Form.

If you are submitting an expression of interest, complete only this “Personal Information” section of the Host Application Form, scroll to the bottom of the form, and click the Submit button.

Please note: The 2010 Winter Games Homestay Program is open to Hosts providing accommodation in the Whistler area. If you cannot offer Homestay accommodation in the Whistler area, we appreciate your interest in the Program, but regret that we cannot accept your application.

The Homestay Program is seeking Hosts who will provide accommodation in one of the communities listed. We regret that we cannot accept applications providing accommodation outside of these communities.

Please provide information in this section to describe any constraints you have with respect to being a Host. For example, if you are available without constraint for both the Olympic Games and the Paralympic Games hosting periods, check those two boxes and ignore the remaining fields in the section. If you are available between certain dates only, select the start and end dates you are available and ignore the remaining fields in the section.

All Host applicants must check the “I agree to the provisions of the Agreement:" Checkbox. It is not required for an expression of interest.

I certify that the information I have provided in this Host Application Form is true and correct and that I have read and I understand, accept and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Host Application Form (including without limitation the ‘Additional Terms and Conditions’ and the ‘Privacy Policy’), which together comprise my agreement with VANOC with respect to my application and, if my application is successful, my status as a Host (collectively, the “Agreement”).
