Make Your Peace: An Olympic Truce Guide For Educators
"Sometimes a dream is all it takes to change our world in the most unexpected, unforeseen and wonderful ways. Make Your Peace is exactly that: an invitation to dream big, to get involved in any way possible, to be creative, and to channel your tremendous energy by expressing yourselves through sports and the arts."
Her Excellency the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean
The Olympic Truce is symbolized by a dove of peace flying over the Olympic Rings. The dove holds an olive branch, another symbol of peace. The sacred flame of the Olympic Games appears in the background.
