The Imaginary Life and Mysterious Death of Edgar Allan Poe

“All that we see or seem is but a dream within a dream.”
Edgar Allan Poe
So wrote the great master of the macabre nearly 200 years ago. His lingering myths are the inspiration behind this enthralling musical fable for adults, offering a fantastical rendering of the Gothic dreamscape of Poe’s life. Equal parts whimsical, beautiful and delightfully dark, the tale reveals the psychology of a man whose haunting comic writings continue to resonate in each of our telltale hearts.
