(a) the link must be in a plain text-only format and must not use the VANOC Emblem or any other VANOC, Olympic or Paralympic Games logo or any other non-word mark, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by VANOC;
(b) the link must be displayed in a proportionate manner, spatially separated from, and not otherwise associated with, any sponsorship advertising, or other commercial text or graphics that may be on the page/area containing such word link; and
(c) a site (“Linking Website”) that links to the VANOC Website must comply with the following additional terms and conditions:
VANOC may update this Linking Policy from time to time and any changes will be notified via an announcement on the VANOC Website, which changes will be immediately effective after such notice has been posted.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Linking Policy, VANOC reserves the right to deny or rescind permission to link to the VANOC Website from any Linking Website and by any third party, and to require termination of any link to the VANOC Website, for any reason in the sole and absolute discretion of VANOC.
