These 2010 Olympic/Paralympic Brand Management Guidelines are intended to provide general guidance only and is without prejudice to any rights or remedies which the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (“VANOC”) may have in any particular case.

The information provided in these Guidelines does not constitute legal or professional advice. VANOC has sought to provide reasonable guidance as to how it evaluates potential infringement of the Olympic/Paralympic Brand in order to assist the public. However, as the 2010 Winter Games approach, there will inevitably be developments and these Guidelines will need reviewing. As such, VANOC reserves the right to revise these Guidelines at any time.
